Project Engineering

In close cooperation with the customer, list all neccessary requirements, which result in a solid founded functional design.

Derive the technical design and specifications from the functional design and the automation platform preferred by customer, and implement, test and commisioning the automation solution.

Consultancy

Provide advice for automation related challenges and document realistic solutions, during every step of the automation phase.

Troubleshooting

In the field of troubleshooting, i have plenty of experience, from obvious faults which are quick to repair, to very obscure, once in a while occuring faults which can take monts to solve. The key here is to gather more and more information in the right direction until the problem is found.

To get insight in future problems, i can provide an FMEA (fault modus and effect analysis) to list all possible fault modus and their effect. This way, beforehand can be acted to prevent these kind of faults or minimize there effect should they ever occur.

Troubleshooting an automation system is not something that is done on your own: You need other people of different disciplines top help gathering information about different things: For example when a production line sometimes just stops for no apparent reason, information from the operator, or technicians who service the production line or maybe the line manager who manages more of this kind of production lines can be unvaluable for finding the root cause.

I can help you during the whole troubleshooting process.

Lifecycle Management

Lifecycle Management comprises the birth of a system when it is created in the design phase until its dead when it is decommisioned. During this time, it has to be maintained: Upgrade of hardware components, software components, licenses, spare parts, expansions etc. There has to be a plan how to do this all during the lifetime of the system, and also some budget must be reserved to execute the actions.

I can help you to get this proces in the right track.
